Kai

Kai has retired from the show ring. It was a great run - he was a fun dog to show and as a breeder I couldn't be more proud of his accomplishments.

Look for Kai kids in the ring someday. He has much to offer the Shiba Inu breed and I look forward to seeing what he can produce.

In very limited showing Kai had quite an impressive record.

2005 was another great year for Kai. He went to Canada and easily finished his Canadian Championship getting multiple group placements as well as a wonderful Group 1.

He finished out the season with a Group 1 in the USA as well!

I want to thank Laura Tankersley for her handling expertise with Kai. She and Kai had a great year.

Kai is Kira's brother. He had a very successful show career with many Best of Breed wins and Group placements in very limited showing.

He takes after his father, Vander, with a wonderful ring presence that makes judges notice him. His movement is flawless and effortless.

Kai lives with his family, Sean & Kaori Donohue and his 'brother' Nike along with 3 cats. They have raised him to be a wonderful representative of the breed by training and socializing him. I'm very happy they are part of my Shiba family.

He is featured in the 2005 and 2006 Shiba Inu Calendar by Browntrout along with Nike. They are both very photogenic and enjoy being models for the calenders.

Kai has retired from showing to focus on his housedog and companion duties. I thank Sean & Kaori for giving me the opportunity to have shown such a great dog.
